About us
Prevention Point NEPA - Michalene's Mission is a mobile syringe service program dedicated to providing support, resources, and education to people who use drugs in Luzerne County and surrounding areas.

Our goal is to reduce the risk of drug overdose and the spread of blood-borne illnesses in our community, so we provide clean injection supplies, overdose prevention tools, and testing for HIV,HCV .

We are mobile and able to coordinate deliveries in the area if you contact us. We also provide street outreach in public spaces and among homeless communities to offer food, clothes, and other resources.
Our mission:
We give the community tools and education needed to help them be successful in overcoming some of the obstacles associated with risky human behavior, providing charitable and educational tools to help stop the spread of infection. We help to stop the stigma associated with Substance Use Disorder, with confidentiality, determination, and kindness.
